Pallet to Slip Sheet Load Transfer System |
The RM-1000 is an automatic load transfer station manufactured to provide pallet to slip sheet load transfer. Slip sheets are dispensed from a magazine and clamped in position to receive product from pallet. Utilizing a hydraulic push plate, this load transfer station moves product to sheet. A pallet stacker automatically stores pallets for removal by fork truck. |

The RM-1150 is an automatic load transfer station manufactured to provide pallet to pallet product transfer. In-house and shipping pallets are handled automatically with pallet dispenser and pallet stacker. This load transfer station uses a hydraulic push plate with a stripper plate to transfer a variety of products. Infeed and discharge conveyors are available to fully automate the load transfer process. |

By using a slip sheet tab clamp assembly, the RM-1750 load transfer station pulls product from a pallet to conveyor. This load transfer system can also be manufactured to transfer product on a slip sheet from pallet to pallet. Adding a pallet stacker and pallet dispenser can create a fully automatic system. |

Lifting tines elevate cased product from a roller conveyor. Pallet dispenser discharges a single pallet to receive product. Tines are retracted, placing product on positioned pallet. The LP-775 load transfer station can handle loads up to 4,000 pounds. |
