Automatic Pallet Dispenser and Pallet Stacker |
The 50-57 pallet dispenser automatically unloads a single pallet from a magazine and discharges pallet for product palletizing. This pallet dispenser can be manufactured to handle a wide variety of pallet styles. Extended magazines are available to increase storage capacity. Sequence of operation can be reversed to utilize the 50-57 as a pallet upstacker. Stacked pallets are removed from the upstacker with a fork truck or conveyor. Adjustable pallet dispensers are also available. |

Telescoping Sheet Dispenser |
Utilizing a vacuum pick-up mounted on a telescoping boom, the RM-960 sheet dispenser places a single tie or slip sheet for load transfer, load stacking or palletizing operation. The sheet dispenser operation does not interfere with other operations. Sheets can be discharged at multiple elevations with this sheet dispensing system. |

Collapsible Plastic Pallet Dispenser and/or Pallet Stacker |
Collapsible pallets are loaded into the pallet dispenser with a fork truck. Pallet dispenser conveyor automatically discharges single pallets. The 50-57CP is also used as an upstacker to accumulate pallets in a magazine. The addition of conveyors to the 50-57CP pallet dispenser and/or stacker can fully automate the pallet handling process. |
